Beaming - Delmar You'll be beaming from the inside out thanks to the amazing Acai Bowls at Beaming, or as some like to call it, Bbar. What makes the Acai Bowls here different is they aren't sweetened with a bunch of sugar, just a little bit of sweetness from honey and the fruit - the way nature intended. The Acai Protein Bowl 11 is made with Organic, unsweetened, non-GMO Acai, the Beaming Superfood Plant Protein and homemade Superfood Granola that'll make you feel like a Superhero.
Bowl of Heaven - Mira Mesa/Sorrento
Once you step foot inside Bowl of Heaven, you'll find heavenly delights in the wide range of assorted Acai Bowls, Smoothies, and Fresh Juices. My personal favorite is the Red Zinger, featuring Organic Açaí, Mango, Pineapple, Blueberries, Raspberries, Fresh Lime, Fresh Ginger, Organic Coconut Water & MAQ 7 (a synergistic blend of 7 of nature's most exotic and powerful antioxidant rich superfruits and berries.) Topped with Organic Hemp Flax Seed Granola, Dark Vanilla Belgian Chocolate, Fresh Raspberries, and Honey, one mouthful is enough to add zing to your life.
Northside Shack - Point Loma
Northside Shack in Point Loma is worth finding. While it's a tiny little spot with very little seating, it more than makes up for it with super-delicious, super-healthy and generous Acai Bowls. Expect plenty of sweet fruit with your Acai Bowl just don't expect a "bowl" as the Acai Bowls are served in a tubular to-go container, perfect for that quick, healthy meal on the run.
